How any goods are dealt with at the end of their life can have more impact on our environment than any other factor. You have the impact of disposal as well as the impact of manufacturing the new one from raw natural resources. Precious resources that we should not be squandering for the sake of generations yet to come.
We take this to heart at ISE and attempt, wherever possible, to lessen the environmental impact of our appliances and this is why we not only made the current range as environmentally friendly as possible, but also cost effective to repair rather than simply replace. Of course the fact that we offer a full five year warranty ensures that any of our products will last that time.
But we have gone a stage further and, unlike any manufacturer today, we actually actively have a program to recycle our appliances and help the more disadvantaged in society by doing so. All it took was a little thought.

Our machines have been built to our specification, they are guaranteed parts and labour, delivery and installation are included in the price and, should you ever have a problem or question, you simply contact the person who installed it and they provide any support needed.
The Machines
What makes them so special?
As you would expect all our machines are triple AAA rated thus making then ultra efficient in terms of energy and water consumption but unlike our competitors that’s where our environmental credentials start, not finish.
ISE currently have two washing machines available and one tumble dryer, though over time we hope to develop another tumble dryer and two dishwashers.
All ISE machines include long parts and labour guarantees underwritten by AXA so you are covered regardless of what happens to us thus saving you money on extended warranties.
Out of guarantee we do not mark up our parts therefore the cost repair versus replacement makes it worth repairing ISE unlike all other major brands whose parts are between 25% and over 100% of the cost of the original machine.
ISE 10 Range
The ISE 10 washing machine and matching tumble dryer are made to exacting standards in Sweden by a company who traditionally make commercial machines for the UK market . We believe ISE 10 is the best engineered most reliable domestic washing machine on the market bar none.
Each component is designed to last at least 8000 cycles and every machine is tested at the factory prior to dispatch. If you did one wash per day 365 days per year that’s just under 22 years of use. It has a ten year parts and labour guarantee in a domestic setting and given its heritage also has three year cover in light commercial premises such as hair dressers, nurseries, small pubs, multi occupancy houses etc.
The original ISE has been on the market for over 3 years, is rated by ‘which’ in the top 10 washing machines in the UK . It has proved to be as solid and reliable as we hoped. Coming with a five year parts and labour guarantee it is a throwback to the reliable machines of the 80’s and 90’s. It blends top notch wash functions with mechanical rather than electrical components thus making it easy and cheap to repair out of guarantee.
Our washing machines are simple to operate, with programs clearly marked in plain English making the machines a breeze to operate. We chose to have a special hand-wash program to help people with a young family as well as the option of a quick wash cycle for those in a hurry.
Yet with all this and much more besides, including extra large hard wearing bearings, air shock absorbers and extra noise insulation. We have also maintained an “AAA” wash rating allowing us to protect the environment both through using the product and, with our view to longevity, by making the machines last longer and be more cost effective in the home.

We have all experienced call centres and for the most part we don’t like them. You’re kept on hold and then all too often speak to someone who seems not to care or wants to help, it really isn’t good service but it can be cost effective.
We decided to buck that trend as we don't like call centres either.

No Hidden Costs

While the prices of washing machines from the big electrical stores look cheap they don’t save you money in the long term
Delivery and installation is almost always an extra charge
You have to pay extra for breakdown insurance
Due to the inflated price of parts if you have no insurance, the cost of the repair is often more than the cost of the original machine
ISE appliances come with a FIVE YEAR parts and labour warranty with delivery and installation included in the price
Unlike most manufacturers selling through major retailers we can offer a full five year parts and labour guarantee included in the cost. We do this as we have simply removed the commission from a salesperson trying to pressure you into selling you a warranty, the engineers and retailers of ISE have nothing to gain from this and remain impartial and you don’t get pressured into a five year warranty as the machine already carries it.
We like to keep the financial stuff as straight forward as possible.
So we include delivery, installation by a professional engineer and demonstration in the cost as well as the warranty. Simple.
Unfortunately we seem to be alone in that outlook as extended warranties are more than a little confusing at times. You have to think on not only what they cost, but also what they will cover. With ISE it’s made simple for you.
But just take a closer look at what a washing machine can cost...
Take a typical Bosch machine which costs £269 from a major retail chain, which is not as efficient as the ISE. By the time you add a warranty to match the ISE, have it delivered and installed it actually costs over £550 so you end up with less performance for more money!
As we said, we like the costs to be made simple to understand.
